All sales of books are final and non-returnable. 

If an item is not delivered or never arrives, we will check with the delivery company and confirm. Then a replacement order will be sent out.

If goods are damaged in transit, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt and photographs must be taken of the packaging and the goods themselves. Upon receipt of these photographs, emailed to read@lexographicpress.com, we will evaluate and offer either a full refund or a free replacement of the goods.
